Wassa Wassa at House of Eddies

On Thursday 20 May the year 6 Wassa Wassa ensemble performed at the St Edmunds School Cabaret (House of Eddies).  The ensemble performed 3 rhythms and received a roar from the crowd after each one.  The professional lightning really brought out the costumes and lit up the students!  Well done to all the students involved for being such great artists and representing our school.

Harmony Day 2021

Friday the 26th was the day that Red Hill chose to celebrate the diverse cultural nature of our school. This year's theme for Harmony week was, 'We Belong' and our school community demonstrated this by asking everyone to wear either their national dress or something orange; inviting parents in across the week to share cultural and/or bilingual stories with students; having student guest speakers talking about their cultures and creating classroom books based on the story by Mem Fox called, 'Whoever we Are' and so many more activities.

We are very lucky to have such a wonderfully diverse school population, we are many but we are one.
